Davy is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, USA. Currently, Davy is an associate attorney in the Chicago Office of Clausen Miller P.C. and focuses her litigation practice on liability insurance coverage law. Davy’s litigation experience stems from complex insurance defense cases, in both state and federal court, involving catastrophic loss, personal injury, premises liability, transportation, construction, medical malpractice, product liability, etc.


Davy received a prestigious 4-year scholarship from the Harpswell Foundation which afforded her the opportunity to study law at the Royal University of Law and Economics. Upon the completion in dual law degrees in both Khmer and English, Davy joined the Phnom Penh branch of the Kelvin Chia Partnership—an international law firm based in Singapore—as a legal advisor.


After, Davy moved to Chicago to pursue a law degree at DePaul University College of Law. During her time at DePaul, Davy received a CALI Award in Legal Analysis Research and Communication, competed in the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, participated in DePaul’s Advanced Mediation Clinic, and served as a Staff Editor for the DePaul’s Journal on Women, Gender, and the Law. Upon admission to practice law, Davy began her career at local Chicago insurance defense law firm; subsequently joining Clausen Miller in 2022.


At CSAUSA, Davy provides wide range expertise to the Executive Board and assists in supporting the vision and mission of the Association.
