Cara holds a Master's in Global Hospitality Management from New York University and a BBA in International Business from Temple University. She currently works as a Complex Revenue Analyst at Highgate, one of the biggest hotel management companies in the US. In this role, she is supporting two hotel properties with more than 950 rooms in New York City. She recently published an industry-wide report, the 2022 Hotelier Technology Sentiment Report, on emerging technology trends in the hotel and travel industry. Prior to her current role, she worked in operations in a clamping resort on Governors Island in New York City.


Prior to graduate school, she worked in a software company in various roles. She started as a Salesforce Administrator Intern, then promoted to the Sales Operations Lead role. She then went into the sales department as a Cloud Sales Specialist. In these roles, she obtained knowledge such as salesforce systems, operations, Amazon Web Services and products, and many more.
