Sivutha Tan, a Fulbright Scholar from Phnom Penh, is currently pursuing a Master of Education at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. He was drawn to study in the United States due to the high quality of its education system and the unique opportunity it presents to learn about the cultures and customs of various nations.
Sivutha's decision to join the Cambodian Students Association in the United States was motivated by his awareness of the challenges faced by Cambodian students studying in the U.S. He is committed to providing solutions to these challenges. Furthermore, Sivutha is passionate about assisting other Cambodian students who dream of continuing their studies in the United States, helping them to find opportunities that will enable them to achieve their academic goals.
